Wild Sockeye Frozen Portions--20$/lb

$20.00
Limit 40 per order

Wild Alaskan sockeye salmon is regarded as the finest and most flavorful salmon in the world. Its’ striking red color reveals its’ life story: from hatching in the clear, cold water of the Karluk River to swimming free and feeding in the nutrient-rich North Pacific. Sockeye are rich in omega-3s, protein, and essential vitamins. This beautiful fish is versatile and equally delicious whether grilled, roasted, or pan-seared.

This salmon is wild-caught by our family in Uyak Bay, Alaska on the west side of Kodiak Island. Each fish is hand-selected for quality, immediately bled and iced, and then custom processed and flash frozen at peak freshness. We take such good care of them that they deserve names!  My four-year-old son calls most of them, “Reggie”, and pats them to sleep on the ice.

From the ocean around our fishcamp to your table, every piece is 100% traceable, responsibly harvested, and handled with care by third and fourth generation Alaskan fishermen—bringing the amazing taste of wild Alaska from our family to yours.

Salmon is sold by the pound—fillets and portions are $20/lb.
